JOB DESCRIPTION

Specific Responsibilities

  • Contact potential customers following an insurance claim to schedule a telephone meeting with a Financial Security Advisor
  • Create customer’s file using the Kronos IT platform.
  • Send pre-established quotes to prospects
  • Perform any other similar or general duties as required by the supervisor or as required by their duties

Requirements and training required

  • Customer service experience
  • Bilingualism;
  • Knowledge of life and health insurance is an asset
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications, particularly Word and Excel
  • Respect for confidentiality of information
  • Autonomy and initiative

Schedule: 35 hours – 5 days

Monday to Friday
9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Weekends:
10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Hourly rate:

$22/hr
